Full conference fee includes coffee breaks throughout the meeting as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday, April 26th. These functions cannot be paid for separately.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to the info@jointmeeting.org. Cancellations received before on or before March 13, 2026 are subject to a $50 fee. After March 13, 2026 AAP/ASCI/APSA Joint Meeting will give refunds only for documented emergencies.
