ASCI/AAP 2012 Joint Meeting attendees may take advantage of discounted rates at the Fairmont Chicago. Rates if booked prior to Tuesday, March 27, are:

$270 for city view single/double occupancy
$320 lake view single/double occupancy*
$370 for one bedroom city view suite
$395 for one bedroom lake view suite*

*Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $25 per night.

A limited number of rooms are available at government rates on a first-come, first-served basis. Government credentials are required at check-in. Room Reservation Deposit/Cancellation
All reservations require one night’s deposit or credit card guarantee, including 15.4 percent occupancy tax. Failure to
cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival will result in one night’s room and tax being charged to your credit card.
