ASCI/AAP 2008 Joint Meeting attendees may take advantage of discounted rates at the Fairmont Chicago.
Rates for attendees of this meeting if booked prior to Thursday, April 3, are:
$250 for cityview single/double occupancy
$300 lakeview single/double occupancy*
$380 for one bedroom cityview suite
$430 for one bedroom lakeview suite*
*Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $25 per night.
All rates are subject to state and city taxes. To reserve a room, call The Fairmont Chicago and mention the ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting to receive the discounted rate. Reservations received on or after Thursday, April 3, 2008, will be on a space and rate available basis.

A limited number of rooms are available at government rates on a first-come, first-served basis. Government credentials are required at check-in. Room Reservation Deposit/Cancellation
All reservations require one night’s deposit or credit card guarantee, including 15.4 percent occupancy tax. Failure to cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival will result in one night’s room and tax being charged to your credit card.

Air Travel Discounts
Airline reservations may be made through FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions, the preferred agency for ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting. When you call, ask for the group department and identify yourself as an ASCI/AAP 2008 Joint Meeting participant. FCm Bannockburn charges a processing fee on transactions but provides a discount to all Joint Meeting attendees.
