2005 Joint Meeting Recap
The 2005 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting, under the leadership of ASCI President Leonard Zon and AAP President Tadataka Yamada, was a tremendous success. The meeting featured presentations by Nobel Prize winners and other leaders in biomedicine.
Numerous young investigators, ranging from MD/PhD students to NIH K08 holders, had the opportunity to interact with senior researchers through the meeting's Poster Session and other events. The meeting drew more than 500 attendees, the highest attendance in a number of years.
